The Retreat Experience
Arriving Home To Yourself
We begin gently, allowing the breath to soften the body and the mind to settle. Through guided meditation, classical pranayama, and a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice, you’ll be guided inward creating space, ease, and receptivity.
This flows into a gentle, heart-led Vinyasa, awakening vitality while maintaining a sense of calm and grace.

A Nourishing Pause
Enjoy a lovingly prepared homemade vegetarian lunch, thoughtfully prepared to replenish and support you.

Afternoon: A Mindful Stroll & Deep Restoration
In the afternoon, we’ll step outside into the tranquil grounds of GreenAcres for a gentle, mindful stroll. With no agenda and no rush, you’ll have time to wander, breathe in the fresh country air, and absorb the quiet beauty of the landscape — the play of light through the trees, birdsong, and the soothing presence of nature.
We’ll then return to the gathering hall for a deeply restorative yoga session, where you’ll be supported in warmth and comfort. As the body rests, the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls will fill the space, soothing the nervous system and inviting deep relaxation. Sound and stillness merge, allowing tension to melt away and a sense of balance and ease to gently unfold.

A Gentle Closing
We’ll finish the day with tea and sweet treats — a soft, unhurried close before returning home feeling nourished and renewed.

A perfect way to end your weekend
Join us for a deeply calming and restorative Yoga Workshop designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and guide you into complete relaxation.
Through gentle postures and stillness, we’ll take time to let go—physically and mentally—allowing space for true rest and renewal. Restorative yoga soothes the nervous system, restores balance, and helps you enter the week ahead with clarity, peace, and ease.
So often we move through our days at full speed, only to collapse into bed without pausing to unwind. This workshop is a reminder of the power of rest—the joy of simply being still.
No experience necessary. Beginners, seasoned yogis, and anyone craving relaxation are warmly welcome.
Cost: £20 per session
